Hi flow inlet manifold conversion.
Pipes to the factory manifold are sometimes a nightmare to make fit and not the best for airflow due to size restrictions and additional lengths, for people after power/torque gains and an easier neater way to fit pipes we have come up with a solution for you.
4” front mount intake directly flows into a larger volume plenum, this makes pipe work connection to the intercooler shorter and more direct reducing pipe length also increasing size constantly to reduce restriction and promote better air flow. The faces of the manifold are machined straight to allow precision welding, then after welding the front section of the manifold the now welded faces are then machined again to prevent poor airflow. Before we coat we pressure test to 45psi to ensure no splitting under high boost. We then blast and coat in high quality VHT texture finish black, new stainless double hex bolts and a free T-shirt, it’s a completely stunning factory looking and a functional addition to any engine bay.
These are sold on an exchange basis so we require your manifold to be posted to us first. We usually carry stock so we offer a fast turn around however these can take up to 2 weeks workshop time, so we will message you with updates when purchased.
